In America’s favorite ski town, there are a plethora of prime après ski spots scattered all over beautiful Breckenridge.
Located at the base of Peak 7, Bar Down Tavern offers all the classic Apres-ski delicacies. Bloody Marys, Mimosas, Beers, and Margaritas can all be enjoyed at the indoor bar if you need to warm up, or outside if you want to look at the mountains or skiers coming down the mountain. Snack on a sharable pizza or Cajun Fried Shirmp.
What began as a humble ski shop quickly turned into a place for locals and visitors alike to enjoy live music, ski competitions, or fireside chats all with a cocktail in hand. RMU boasts the best bar in Breckenridge and this is especially true when it comes to needing a lively apres-ski scene.
After a day of skiing powder, retire your boots and board for the only locally owned restaurant on the mountain. Robbie’s Tavern is locating on site of the gorgeous Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and truly is “the spot”. Catch a game inside or soak in the views by the outdoor fireplace.
This is probably Breck’s favorite place to après, thanks to its prime location, great food, friendly staff and fun DJ. Sit outside, soak up some sun and take in the views of Breck’s magnificent Peak 8. Warm up with tacos, tenders, or tamales and rest your legs after an eventful day!
Conveniently situated right where Main Street meets the mountain, Quandary is a local favorite. Not only are their happy hour discounted apps and $6 wines awesome, but we thoroughly enjoy playing corn hole outside with a view of the mountains, right in The Village.
With one of the best pet-friendly patios in town and unrivaled horseshoe pits, it’s no wonder that Kenosha draws in visitors and locals alike for their happy hours and delicious steak! Their beer cheese and pretzel app is scrumptious and perfectly pairs with a discounted mule or margarita.
This local favorite is a prime après-ski spot, complete with a back patio to view the sunset on and a front patio with a fire pit, where you can play games of stump. Build your own pizza or indulge in drunken queso, these are just a couple of our favorite après offerings at The Blue Stag.
Napper Tandy’s is located above Salt Creek, right off Main Street. Nappers is always serving up the best drinks and appetizers, with happy hour that features discounted drinks and apps. Warm up by the fireplace and on their second story deck while you view the mountain that you just conquered.
Known as one of Breck’s most amazing spots to après, The Coppertop Bar is located at Beaver Run, right at the base of Peak 9. Ski down and enjoy live music, daily specials and great views of the peaks.
