ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED PER MONTHLY ENTRY PERIOD AND THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES.

ELIGIBILITY:
Must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest and a legal resident of the fifty United States and Washington, D.C. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Breckenridge Grand Vacations (Breckenridge Grand Vacations, the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members are not eligible.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
Grand Colorado Giveaway (“Promotion”) starts on or about 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 12/01/23 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. MST on 11/30/2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Each entrant agrees to comply with the terms contained in Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. The Promotion Period will be divided into monthly entry periods, (“Monthly Entry Period”) as indicated in the below chart. The official timekeeping clock shadrae specified limit will be void. Entries to a previous Monthly Entry Period will not roll over and will not be included in subsequent Monthly Entry Periods. A total of twelve (12) Monthly Prizes will be awarded.
ENTRY METHOD:
One valid entry per eligible entrant per Promotion Period. To enter, please provide your name, cell phone number, email address, age, ZIP/postal code, state/province, gender, home ownership/rental status, marital status, household income, preferred travel time, and favorite color on https://grandcolorado.com/grand-colorado-giveaway/.
Answers to the questions on this entry form do not affect chances of winning. All entries are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded. If the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements listed above, his or her entry is automatically void. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or inaccurate entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures in the entry process, for example without limitation, a website crash. Entrants are prohibited from assigning, substituting, or transferring their interest in an entry or a prize won through a winning entry.
PRIZE:
Each prize offered is listed with its Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”). Actual value of a prize may vary depending on various options provided by the prize provider. Limit one prize per entrant.
Twelve (12) Grand Prize Winners will be awarded at the end of the contest.
Grand Prize:
- Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will receive: i) five (5) nights in a (1) one-bedroom Breckenridge unit (quad occupancy) at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, ii) $1,000 cash in the form of a check; iii) Best of Breckenridge gift bag delivered to room upon arrival; iv) $100 resort credit. (ARV: $4,100)
Lodging at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, cash, and gift bag are redeemable through 11/30/2025. Lodging is based on promotional availability and is not available during holidays or peak times, including but not limited to: 1/1/24 – 1/2/24, 1/13/24 – 1/16/24, 2/17/24 – 2/20/24, 3/03/24 – 3/31/24, 5/26/24 – 5/29/24, 7/1/24 – 7/4/24, 9/1/24 – 9/4/24, 11/23/24 – 11/27/24, 12/22/24 – 12/31/24.
RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS
On or around the dates in the below chart, one (1) potential Monthly Prize Winner (“Monthly Prize Winner”) will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. There will be twelve (12) total monthly prizes awarded (each, a “Monthly Prize”). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners will be declared the official Winners of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning Monthly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received per Monthly Entry Period. Limit one (1) Monthly Prize per month throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing by Breckenridge Grand Vacations on or around the drawing dates indicated in the above chart. Answers to the questions on this entry form do not affect chances of winning. Each potential winner will be notified by phone and email. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Each potential winner is subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder for the email address. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organizations (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Promotion, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If a winner is found to be ineligible or disqualified for any reason, an alternative winner will be selected from a separate random drawing. To receive a copy of the name of the Winner(s), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by January 31st, 2025 to Breckenridge Grand Vacations: Grand Colorado Giveaway, Attn: Marketing Department, PO Box 6879, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
On or around the 7th of each month, Breckenridge Grand Vacations will attempt to notify potential winner(s) by telephone and email. Neither the Sponsor nor any other entity shall have any responsibility or liability for failure to provide notice, including but not limited to, due to a participant’s failure to provide accurate or correct contact information, notices lost in transfer, or notices diverted to spam, junk, promotion or other email folders. If a winner is unreachable after five (5) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants. If Sponsor cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. Each potential winner may be required to furnish proof of eligibility, including but not limited to proof of identification.
PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Subject to applicable law, the winner(s) irrevocably grants the Sponsor and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration except for the awarding of the Prize to the winner. Entrants agree not to issue any publicity concerning the Sponsor.
CONDITIONS:
Breckenridge Grand Vacations reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. Entrants further grant Breckenridge Grand Vacations the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
By completing this registration and pressing “submit”, you are giving Breckenridge Grand Vacations permission to contact you via telephone, SMS/ text message, fax, email or mail at the address(es) number(s) provided, despite any inclusion of your name on a do not call/do not contact registry or list.
By clicking “submit” you expressly authorize Breckenridge Grand Vacations to call me or send me recorded messages or SMS/text messages about their products using automated technology to your telephone/cellular number you entered above.
By entering into the Promotion, the entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor(s), their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising out of or relating to, directly or indirectly, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion or prize use related activity, or participation in this Promotion.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
The winner is unofficial until they have accepted the prize via phone or email. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
This contest is officially sponsored by Breckenridge Grand Vacations.

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of the personal information entrant provides. Entrants may on occasion receive informational, marketing, or promotional emails from Sponsor or its affiliates. Entrants can opt out of such emails by following the instructions contained therein. The Entrant further acknowledges and agrees to the terms of Breckenridge Grand Vacations’ Privacy Policy which are expressly incorporated into these Official Rules.
