Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. MT

Due to the robust nature of cleaning each residence, only a limited number of late check-out requests will be granted—12 p.m. instead of 10 a.m.—and for a $50 fee. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance of your departure to check availability if you are interested in paying for a late check-out. If you find that you will arrive at the resort before the 4 p.m. check-in time, please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in.

You or someone in your party must be 21 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the residence.

We do not provide free shuttle service from the airport; however, we do offer discounted shuttle services to our guests. Please call 970-423-8875 for help booking your shuttle.

Yes, we do have free on-site parking. Your allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day. The parking allotment is as follows: suites and one-bedrooms receive one parking space, two-bedrooms receive two parking spaces, three-bedrooms receive three-parking spaces and four-bedrooms receive four parking spaces.

Yes, we have Electric Vehicle Charging Stations located immediately inside Buildings 1 and 2 Garage. Payment can be made using the Charge Point App. Please remember to move your vehicle after charging is complete.

Yes. The shuttle will take you to one of 25 stops within town limits. During the ski season, the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 shuttle will be at your service from 7 a.m. until 9  p.m. during winter. From spring until autumn, the shuttle runs from 7 a.m. until 10:45 p.m.

We have complimentary valet services for all parties taking a tour for the duration of their tour. Tips encouraged.

Day use owners and guests staying overnight can pay $20/day to valet. Valet services are available at all hours. 

The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is dog-friendly for owners only. Service animals are allowed on property for any guest. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rule defines a “service animal” as an animal that has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. An animal whose sole function is to provide emotional support, comfort, therapy, companionship, therapeutic benefits, or to promote emotional well-being is NOT a service animal. We appreciate your adherence to the Colorado State Law. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.

Only tobacco smoking is allowed in designated areas around the resort. Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units, unit decks and non-designated areas.

Yes, we have ADA accessible rooms. Please let us know prior to arrival that an ADA accessible room will be needed.

You will find a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, makeup wipes, toilet paper, tissues and bars of soap in each bathroom. If you run out of any of these supplies, simply call down to the Front Desk and they will restock your supply.

Each unit has a standard coffee pot and a welcome basket that includes regular and decaf coffee, an assortment of teas, powder creamer packets, sugar and Sweet’N Low, coffee filters and hot chocolate. 

Cleaning supplies consists of dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and a sponge.

Yes; we do offer rollaways and pack’n plays. Rollaways are $10 and pack’n plays are free of charge. Due to fire code restrictions, rollaways and cribs are not allowed in suite units.

Yes, we have an on-site fitness center. The fitness center is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort and is available in all units.

Yes, the business center is open 24 hours a day. The business center comes equipped with two computers, one printer and a library.

Yes. We’re happy to accept packages for guests. If your package arrives prior to your stay, there will be a storage fee of $8 per day for small packages or $14 per day for large packages. Please send the package via UPS or FedEx to Grand Colorado on Peak 8, Attention: (Guest’s Name), 1627 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, CO 80424. If you’d like to let us know when the package is sent, we’ll be happy to make a note to keep an eye out for it. USPS will not ship to the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, so please make sure to use UPS or FedEx.
We accept all major credit cards. When you check in to the resort, we require a credit card to put on file. We do not accept checks.

We require a 14 day notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Once we are within 14 days of your arrival, your reservation is final, and we are unable to refund, cancel, or modify your reservation.
