What is it

There is going to be over 70 BBQers, 7 bands, pig races, kids’ activities, the 2nd Annual Fire Fighter Cook Off, food sampling and demos, the Breckenridge Distillery Whiskey Tour, the Bacon Burner 6k and of course the yummiest BBQ you will have in Colorado this year!

Wander from vendor to vendor, letting your nose lead the way and eat all the scrumptious BBQ you can handle. Most of the food on the street only costs between $5-12 so you can get a little crazy. There will be anything and everything between berry kabobs, BBQ, beer, salmon, shrimp, ribs, and Philly cheese-steaks. Oh yeah, did I say BEER? BBQ and beer… doesn’t get much better than that.

Over 70 of the best BBQers will compete for a variety of awards in different categories such as: pork, ribs, chicken, brisket, anything goes, barbecue sauce, side dish, salsa and dessert. Each team will be competing for the coveted titles of Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion. You don’t want to miss out on filling your plate with all this delicious BBQ!
