The transformation of North America’s #1 ski resort is nearly complete.
The construction progression of the residences and amenities has continued through late summer.
- The finishes and carpet have been installed in first floor units.
- The second floor units have been drywalled and painted. The third floor units are currently being drywalled.
- The Breckenridge Ski School, ticket office, and retail shop are complete and have received certificate of occupancy.
- The outdoor plaza and building exterior are complete and our team is wrapping up the final items.

September is here and our team was up this week getting some video and images of the construction progress. The quality of the rooms and amenities and the stunning interface between the building and the Peak 8 base area are really coming together.
