Colorado is the craft beer mecca of the United States. With over 115 breweries, the largest brewery in the world, and a beer consumption rate of over 30 gallons per person, it’s safe to say we love our beer! Summit County is no stranger to this beer love and has a great selection of local breweries that are now offering your favorites to go!

Started in 2013 off Airport Road, this brewery has 12 taps of locally brewed beer. Broken Compass is known around Breckenridge for their Coconut Porter and Chili Pepper Pale Ale. You can also purchase some great swag, including growlers, glasses, and t-shirts.

This is the newest addition to the Summit County beer family. Located in Frisco, this is an easy stop on your way into Breckenridge. From sours to stouts, Highside has a wide range of beer anyone would love.

Angry James is know for traditional brews with a specialty twist. They focus on taking the beers they love and making them unique for the locals to enjoy. By paying attention to every detail they are able to create one of a kind brew creations. Located about five minutes off I-70, make sure to add this stop in on your next trip to Breckenridge.
