As summer winds down and we approach the changing colors of fall, don’t miss these top mountain festivals.  End summer with one of Summit Counties boast-worthy events.

To get the party started we’ll head the short distance to Keystone for the Bluegrass and Beer Festival taking place August 4 and 5. Get your fill of craft brews with over 40+ options to choose from, while enjoying 14 bluegrass bands from around the region and nation.

From Keystone we’ll head back to Breckenridge for the Breckenridge International Festival of Arts taking place from August 10 through the 19. Inspired by mountain culture, this multi-arts festival brings together an eclectic mix of music, dance, film, visual arts and entertainment for the whole family.

Next up we head back to Keystone for the Mountain Town Music Festival, August 17 and 18. Come jam out to this year’s music lineup including The Mulligan Brothers and Headliner, Blind Pilot and more underneath the Colorado Blue Bird Sky.

To finish the month off with a bang come visit Breckenridge for their Hogfest Bacon and Bourbon Festival taking place August 24-26.  Come indulge your palette with a spectrum of pork samples and various bourbons, while enjoying live music, to end your summer on a high note.
