Breckenridge Kicks off Summer!

Breckenridge kicks off summer with a bang with it’s annual celebration of Kingdom Days, a two-day event that pays homage to Breck’s history. Join us for the ever-so-hilarious Outhouse Races down Main Street, free burro rides, train rides, face painting, gold panning, concerts, historical tours and more!

Weekend Activities Schedule:

Thursday, June 12

Ride the Rockies- Cheer on cyclists as they roll through Breckenridge during their 6-7 day ride throughout Colorado Rocky mountains. Free concerts will be going on all day long at the Riverwalk Center from 1 pm-9 pm.

Friday, June 13

Breckenridge Fun Park Opening Weekend- Cruise over the ski resort on the new zipline, take the chairlift up and mountain bike down, play mini golf, take a 4×4 off-road tour and much more! The gondola will also be opening for the season and offers free access to Peak 8.

Saturday, June 14

Thursday, June 5, 2014 by Kelly Hepburn_3Outhouse Races- Find a spot to stand along Main Street to witness teams from near and far race their hand built outhouses. Spectators will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite designs for the People’s Choice Award. Feel like testing your running skills?
