August is here! We’re rolling right through summer. Some people are harvesting from their gardens, while others are already getting pumped that the 2013/2014 ski season is less than 100 days away! Where does the time go?

As always, there’s plenty to do if you are planning to come to Breckenridge this weekend. Take a 4×4 Segway tour at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, rent a bicycle and ride around town or purchase tickets to a show at the Backstage Theater or the Riverwalk Center. Whatever you choose to do, enjoy your visit to the ever beautiful town of Breckenridge!

Friday, August 2:

6:00 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.- Music, Massage and Merlot- Join “Naked Pete” at D’vine Wine Breckenridge at 211 S. Main St, Suite F, and experience the musical entertainment by Naked Pete himself. Don’t worry, the nickname does not come to life at this event. Enjoy music, comedy and wine.

7:30 p.m. – National Repertory Orchestra Presents: Fantastic Finale – Enjoy the final NRO performance of the year at the Riverwalk Center. To purchase tickets, click here.

Backstage Theater Breckenridge The 39 Steps7:30 p.m.-The Backstage Theater – Alfred Hitchcock’s, The 39 Steps, directed by Michael Grittner, is a hilarious spoof on a classic Hitchcock film. Saturday, August 3:

3:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. – PRCA Pro Rodeo- Time to bust out the cowboy boots and your 10 gallon hats! The rodeo is back in town! Every Saturday and Sunday through September 1st, the rodeo offers entertainment for all ages. Visit this page for more info.

Sunday, August 4:

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Breckenridge Sunday Market- Every Sunday through September 8, check out the farmer’s market at Main Street Station. More than 40 vendors will showcase fresh produce, artisian crafts, jewelry, homemade treats and more!
